Lovely for lemon pickle or some tongue-tickling channa chaat - this nutty, unrefined dark sesame oil will send your mouth into a salivary tizzy.

 Fresh sesame seeds are cleaned, sun-dried and pressed with organic Jaggery in a Bull-driven Ghana to yield this beautiful oil. We've given this oil four days of abundant sunlight on our farm to dissipate moisture before packing it. 

 It takes us four kilos of locally sourced sesame seeds and four full hours of continuous crushing to make a batch of this oil full of good proteins.
