Description

Dal Rice Mix, also known as Gun Powder, Paruppu Podi - is an essential rice mix in most of our houses.  It is not only tasty, but also is very tasty as it is made from Toor Dal, Roasted Gram etc, and is rich in Protein.  Not only to add a little flavour, but also from health point of view, we have added some Sesame Seeds in our formula.  No Garlic.

You can add this powder directly to hot rice and include Sesame (Til) oil or ghee.  You can also use this powder by mixing it in Sesame (Til) oil and spread it on Chappati and make a roll - Kids will love it.
