How to use:

1. Wash your hands.

1. Dry your hands thoroughly.

1. Prepare your OneTouch Verio Flex meter.

1. Prick your finger with a lancing device to get a drop of blood.

1. Touch the edge of the test strip to the drop of blood.

1. Apply enough blood to fill the test strip window.

1. Insert the test strip into your OneTouch Verio Flex meter.

1. Wait for the results.

Safety Information:

• Store your test strips in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 30°C.

• Do not use test strips that are expired or damaged.

• Do not use test strips if you have wet hands.

• Make sure that the test strip is inserted fully into the meter before lancing your finger.

• Apply the blood drop to the test strip immediately after lancing your finger.
