1. All our crops are desi variety, with no hybrid and pesticides. Healthy for you and for nature.
2. Our group of ladies manually clean & sundry the crops/grains. we do not use any chemicals for cleaning/storing.
3. We do hand roasting in small batches in Iron vessels. It enhances aroma and flavour.
4. We use Stone grinding (chakki), we produce only 1kg in an hour. Hence all nutrients are retained. It has high fibre content and all minerals & vitamins are retained.
5. To produce rice we use the Hand Pounding method. It also produces only about a kg in an hour. It has high fibre content and all minerals & vitamins are retained.
