FlaCap OSA TS is tapioca based chemically modified, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Plant-based, Non-GMO, Hydrophobic starch. It is produced by esterification of hydroxyl groups with octenyl succinic anhydride to obtain the desired functional properties. It is used as an Encapsulating agent, Emulsifier, Thickener, Stabilizer, Binder, Gelling agent and Texturizing agent. It can be used as replacement of expensive gums used in spray drying process. It is used in various food products such as encapsulated volatile flavour oils, Vitamins encapsulation, spice oleoresins, mayonnaise, sauces, ketchup, dry beverage mixes, bakery dry mixes for cakes and cookies, etc.,
