1. Soak 400 grams of (Basmati or Jeeraga Sambha Rice) for 30 minutes.
2. Empty the entire pack into the cooker, just sauté the Masala Paste.
3. Then add 500 grams of vegetables like mushrooms, paneer, or mixed veggies, or non-veg like meat or chicken into the cooker.
4. Add approximately 650 ml of water for Basmati Rice or approximately 900 ml of water for Seeraga Sambha Rice.
5. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes. Then add 500 grams of soaked rice into the cooker. Close the cooker with the lid and keep the flame low. After 3 whistles, switch off the flame.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves.
