| installation detail | You will receive a call/ SMS from the brand within 48 hours of delivery along with a service request number. Demonstration will be provided by the Brand within 72 hours of delivery or a mutually agreed date. You may contact customer care @ 18002021800 for assistance. Built-In products require provision for the products to be fitted in. Please refer to the dimension sheet on the product to ensure the kitchen has right provision available for installation. Standard Warranty terms and conditions excludes if negligence or accident; misuse or abuse, including failure to properly maintain or service; improper, negligent or faulty servicing or repair works done by anyone other than an Electrolux authorised repairer or ASC; normal wear and tear; power surges, electrical storm damage or incorrect power supply; incomplete or improper installation; incorrect, improper or inappropriate operation; insect or vermin infestation; failure to comply with any additional instructions supplied with the Appliance; the Appliance is modified without authority from Electrolux in writing; the Appliance’s serial number or warranty seal has been removed or defaced. Standard Installation excludes: De-installation of old unit, procurement of any accessories like Aluminium flexible duct for Cooker hoods , Conversion Kits and fixing about LPG to Natural Gas Connection , Electrical or any related masonry works. Servicing must only be carried out by brand authorised service person. |
