·Botanical Species: Amaranthus tricolor (commonly known as Thandu Keerai).

·Plant Growth & Habit: Erect and moderately branching plants with green, succulent stems and green leaves.

·Fiber Content: Low fiber profile, making the cooked greens tender and palatable.

·Maturity & Flowering: Suited particularly for early harvest; takes about 42 days for flowering and roughly 80 days for seed maturity.

·Yield: Typically ranges from 10 to 11 tonnes per hectare (approx. 10.75 t/ha).
