- Amla is the best source of Vitamin C containing 30X more vitamin C than orange. It has anti oxidant and anti bacterial properties which helps in building Immunity to fight against bacterial and viral infections. Amla is also anti inflammatory and helps to keep minor inflammations in check
- Along with Amla, the juice contains Giloy - a natural immunity booster, Tulsi - has anti bacterial, anti viral and anti fungal properties, Shigru - has anti inflammatory properties, Yashti - helps in better digestion and respiratory health and Aswagandha - helps to reduce blood sugar level
- Amla helps in increasing the strength of hair and reduces greying of hair. It has also been found to be helpful for gastro intestinal problems as it improves digestion
