Since our Freedom, we have amended many articles of our Constitution and framed various Rules and Acts to suit our present requirement and framed may administrative laws. But we have failed to frame any laws to administer and control of Indian Judicial System. In the Computer Era we have formulated everything in digital pre format for all activities except the court procedural system. Now only the SC had drafted the uniform model format of filing procedure for e-courting purposes and issued a circular regarding this. Hence through this book I elaborated about how to draft the concise judgment writing in a simplest way instead of 100 or 1000 pages of judgement from lower court to apex Supreme Court. I hope this book will be useful for all aspirants of the legal community and young advocates and Hon'ble judges. Jai Hind.
