Direction for Use Step 1: Mix Neeta Pro Fashion creme & developer in a plastic or glass bowl.
Step 2: Apply evenly on shampoo washed and dried hair with a brush.
Step 3: Leave it on hair for 30 minutes then rinse thoroughly with water.
