How to use : Wet your skin in the shower and massage a small amount of scrub on your body. Rinse with plenty of water. You can also use it only on certain parts of your body like bottom of your feet, elbows, knees etc. Take a little scrub and rub in circular motion on the area you want to treat. We do not recommend using this on face. Be gentle when exfoliating to avoid hurting yourself. Do not use it on irritated or inflamed skin, or open wounds. Use it only 2 times in a week. Over exfoliating can irritate your skin. 

Note : Always use clean and dry finger to take out the scrub. It's very important not to get water into the jar during use, as it can affect its shelf life.
