Straight from the western ghats of Kerela, our Alleppey green cardamom is fully natural and fragrant. Alleppey green cardamom was given the GI tag by the government of India and our cardamom is authentic in its source. The cardamom is 8mm or above in size and is premium graded. The nutrients and essential oils are intact.

Powdered form of cardamom brings out its flavours best. A pinch of this heavenly, aromatic spice is enough to make your tea or milk taste like nothing else. Widely used in Indian desserts and some savoury foods like biryani and pulaos, you can also use it for baking a lot of things. Our baker friends tell us that cardamom goes well with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
