| Instructions | • Mix: Pour the contents of your Millet Dosa Mix into a large mixing bowl. Add water (usually about 1¾ cups or 420 ml of water for a standard pack, or follow the ratio listed on your specific packet). Stir well to make a smooth batter with no lumps. • Rest: Set the batter aside to rest for 10 to 15 minutes so the flours absorb the water properly. • Heat the Pan: Heat a flat iron pan or non-stick griddle (tawa) over medium-high heat. Rub a few drops of oil or ghee on the surface. • Spread the Dosa: Pour a ladleful of the batter into the center of the hot pan. Spread it outward in a circular motion to make a thin pancake. • Cook: Drizzle a little oil or ghee around the edges and on top. Cook on a medium flame until the bottom turns golden brown and crisp. Flip it over to cook the other side for about 30 seconds if you prefer it extra crispy. • Serve: Serve the hot millet dosa with coconut chutney or sambar |
