Hunar SetuHunar Setu is a social initiative that connects skilled artisans and craftsmen with buyers, businesses, and communities that value their work. India’s artisans carry centuries of tradition, culture, and craftsmanship, but many of them struggle to access markets, technology, and fair opportunities. Hunar Setu was created to bridge this gap.https://www.hunarsetu.com/s/62ea2c599d1398fa16dbae0a/676523772eb3cf19c22b9674/hunarsetu1-logo-1--480x480.png

Special as Fennel

Fennel seed or Saunf is an aromatic herb, which apart from being used for tempering and flavouring in curries and foods, is commonly consumed as a post meal digestive or mouth freshener. It has a pleasant fragrance and rich, aromatic taste. Fennel can be used for flavouring soups, meat dishes, sauces, pastries, confectionaries and liquors.

Our fennel seeds are very fresh, very aromatic and amazingly flavorful.

Give me some ideas where I can use it –
A spoonful of fennel after meals can help divert your mind from that extra helping of dessert and at the same time refreshing your mouth.
Use fennel in pickles, curries, stews and breads to lend a sweet liquorice taste.
Infuse the oil you use as a base for cooking with crushed fennel seeds to yield a beautiful flavour.

Did you know?

During cultivation, the distance between two adjacent fennel crops can deeply impact the yield from the field. Leaving say a distance of 6-7 feet distance between them may mean fewer fennel crops, but it gives far better yield than if the crops were planted closely together
