Organic, heirloom variety of sesame seeds are cold pressed and filtered to make this nutritious oil. Palm jaggery is added to lessen bitterness of sesame oil and maitain balance in taste . The filteration is through traditional methods for clarification. Our oils are made in small batches and tested to meet nutritional guidelines. The color of the oil may vary depending on the seeds which is completely normal. We do not add any colors or flavours to bring in an artificial consistency in our products.

Sesame oil is best suited for sauteing and stir frying foods. It can also be used to make gravies, pickles or salad dressings. Our groundnut oil or sunflower oil is better suited for deep frying than the sesame oil because the sesame oil has a low smoking point. You can also use this oil for hair and body massage, oil pulling.

Our sesame oil is packaged in a glass bottle to prevent toxic chemicals leaching from plastic. This protects the nutrient value, taste and life of the oil inside.
