Sambalpuri handloom the name come from a small town called Sambalpur situated in the westen part of the state Odisha. Sambalpuri handloom follows a unique traditional technoque of tie-dye before weavig called Banhakala. This traditional bandhakala is also called Sambalpuri Ikkat. This dupatta is a handwork of traditional bandhakala weaved by local artisan of Bijepur, Barpali, Padampur. This dupatta ready to wear in every occassion.
