The herbal ingredient included most lavishly in this soap is Gotu kola (sometimes called cica in cosmetic applications). Gotu kola has been used topically to help wound healing, to treat eczema and psoriasis, and to improve the appearance of scars. Gotu Kola  is rich in amino acids, beta carotene, fatty acids, and numerous potent phytochemicals. Extracts have been found to calm inflammation, speed wound healing, stimulate new cell growth, build collagen, and improve circulation. Gentle and healthy this soap is a face & body cleanser and is suitable for dry & intense dry skin including eczema and gives relief from dryness, itching and flakiness.
