How to use:

1. Wash your hands with water.

1. Dry your hands with a soft towel.

1. Insert a Contour Plus test strip into the meter.

1. Prick your finger with a lancing device.

1. Apply a small drop of blood to the end of the test strip.

1. Wait for the meter to beep and display your blood glucose result.

1. Remove the test strip from the meter and dispose of it securely.

  Safety information:

• Make sure to use a clean, dry test strip.

• Apply a small drop of blood to the end of the test strip within 5 seconds of pricking your finger.

• Do not overfill the test strip.

• Hold the test strip still while the meter is reading your blood glucose level.

• Do not use a test strip that is past its expiration date.

• Do not store in humid conditions.

• Do not store the test strips or meter in freezer.
