Ingredients:

A blend of ingredients including Rice, Vegetable Oils, Soya, and a mix of whole and ground spices: Ginger, Fenugreek Leaves (Mathi leaves), Bay Leaf (Taj Patta), Black Pepper, Poppy Seeds, Star Anise (Badian), various aromatic leaves, Nutmeg, Mace, Cashew Nuts (Kaju), Coriander, Cardamom, Cloves, and Cinnamon.

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a cooking vessel, heat sufficient oil or ghee (Dalda) until hot.
2. Add finely sliced garlic and vertically sliced green chilies, sautéing until fragrant and golden.
3. Add water in the ratio of two glasses of water for every one glass of the instant rice mix. Add sufficient salt to taste and bring to a boil.
4. Pour the contents of the AMMA AAHAR Instant Pulav Rice packet into the boiling water.
5. Once the rice is cooked, reduce the flame to low, cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid, and let it simmer for ten minutes.
6. Fluff gently and serve your delicious hot pulav.
