How to use:

1. Wash and dry your hands.

1. Remove a test strip from the packaging and insert into the Accu-Chek Active blood glucose meter.

1. Obtain a blood sample with the help of lancet.

1. Apply blood to the test strip. Make sure the blood is absorbed by the strip properly.

1. Result will display within 5seconds.

1. Record the results and compare it with the color chart on the meter.

Safety Information:

• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before testing.This will help to prevent contamination of the test strip and your blood sample.
