Hair care : Apply 2% of Thyme essential oil [dilutes with carrier oil] for stimulating the scalp, prevents hair loss and regrowth of hair
Bath: Add 3-5 drops of Thyme essential oil in bath tub/ bucket and enjoy bath for stress reduction and soothes muscles
Diffuser: Diffuser 4-5 drops of Thyme essential oil to spread it around
Steam inhalation: Add 4-5 drops of Thyme essential oil in hot water and inhale.
Massage : Apply 2% of Thyme essential oil and massage the body for Energizing, Uplifting and Purifying Mouth wash: Add 2-3 drops of Thyme essential oil in warm water and gargle to remove foul smell.
