1 part each of lauh bhasma, nag bhasma & vang bhasma , 4 part of abharakh bhasma , 5 part of S shilajit and 6 part of vaasa keshar & peocessed nimboo ras 

Directions for Uses:

take 1- 2 tablets twice with milk or as directed by Ayurvedacharya or Physician
