Mustard farms flora in Haryana were used to build beehives and produce the light yellow honey known as “mustard honey.” The honey contains no mustard infusion because it is entirely produced by bees from the nectar of mustard flowers.

Every year, between November and January, the harvest is made. This honey has a light colour and a strong mustard flavour. The color shifts from light yellow to dark brown over time.
Bees make Mustard honey from the nectar of mustard blossoms, which has similar health benefits to mustard.
