Blade Guide

• Flat Blade (2 fins – Dry Grinding Only)
  Best for dry or semi-dry ingredients. Use this blade for:
  • Whole spices and masalas
  • Coffee beans
  • Nuts and seeds
  • Sugar and dry mixes
  Tip: Do not use the flat blade for large quantities of liquids. It is optimised for grinding.
• Cross Blade (4 fins – Liquid Blending)
  Designed for blending and mixing liquids and soft ingredients. Use this blade for:
  • Smoothies and shakes
  • Cold coffee and lassi
  • Fruit and vegetable purees
  • Baby food and batters
  Tip: Always ensure the jar is not filled beyond the recommended level before blending.

Lid Guide

• Flat Storage Lid
  Screw this lid on after blending to store chutneys, dips, purees or ground masalas directly in the jar in the refrigerator.
• Flip-Top Shaker Lid
  Ideal for smoothies and protein shakes. Attach this lid to the jar, close the flip cap and carry it to the gym, office or travel.
• Sprinkling Lid
  Use when you want to sprinkle finely ground ingredients such as cocoa powder, powdered sugar, fine masalas or seasoning over dishes.
• Seasoning Lid
  Suitable for slightly coarser ingredients such as chilli flakes, oregano, dried herbs or mixed seasonings to garnish salads, pasta and snacks.
• Lip Ring
  Not a lid, but a comfort accessory. Screw it on in place of a lid to drink directly from the jar with a smooth, rounded edge.

Care Instructions

• Do not run the motor continuously for more than 30–40 seconds; allow it to rest between cycles.
• Allow hot food or liquids to cool before blending.
• All jars, lids and the lip ring are top-rack dishwasher safe. The motor base and blades are not.
• For manual cleaning, rinse jars and lids immediately after use with mild detergent and water.
• Handle blades carefully; they are sharp.
• Never immerse the motor base in water. Wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry completely.
• Ensure the blade assembly is tightly fixed before placing the jar on the motor base.
