Rich flavours of pistachios blend in fantastically with subtle sweetness from jaggery, earthy flavours from poppy seeds and spices to create a flavorful and wholesome experience – a reinvention of classic chikki.

We Indians have grown up absolutely loving Chikki (and of course the memories). While the authentic homemade Chikkis originally only had purely the nut and jaggery as key ingredients, on its way to becoming an accessible snack, it went through a whole lot of unnecessary alterations viz. glucose syrups, preservatives, bad oils, etc. We decided to bring back the original for you while also adding a much needed boost to it : we used pistachios along with a wholesome addition of poppy seeds and Indian spices viz. cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. We also deconstructed it to handle portion size better – so every single nut is individually coated.
