If you are able to raise both red & yellow balls for 1 second, then it means that the maximum amount of air that can be drawn into your lungs is 900 ML/cc. If you are able to raise all the 3 balls for 1 second, then it means that the maximum amount of air that can be drawn into your lungs is 1200 ML/cc.
