Nature Care Double Action is a unique combination of Isabgol with Trifla and Ajwain and other Ayurvedic ingredients. Isabgol along with Trifla and Ajwain helps to give effective relief from constipation and gas. So you remain Fresh and Active all day.

Ingredients

Each 100 g contains powder of the following:

Isabgol (Plantago ovata, Sd. Husk) – 49.0 g, Swarnapatri (Cassia angustifolia, Lf.) – 19.0 g, Kala Namak – 7.8 g, Saunf (Foeniculum vulgare, Fr.) – 8.0 g, Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi, Fr.) – 6.5 g, Trifla [Prepared from powder of Amalaki (Emblica officinalis, P.), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula, P.), Bibhitaka (Terminalia belerica, P.) each 2.17 g] – 6.5 g, Yashti (Glycyrrhiza glabra, Rt.) – 2.0 g, Nimbu Satva (Citrus limonum, Satva) – 1.0 g.

Preservatives: Sodium Methyl Paraben I.P., Sodium Propyl Paraben I.P.

Dosage and Directions

1 to 2 teaspoonfuls (5–10 g) at bedtime for adults and children above 12 years or as directed by the physician.

• Use a dry spoon to measure Nature Care into a clean tumbler.
• Fill up with approx. 200 ml of water. Stir briskly.
• Drink at once. Follow up with a full glass of water.

Replace lid tightly.
