Care Instructions

• Be careful not to overload your TV unit. Make sure that your TV unit is not overloaded with electronics or other items. This can put stress on the unit and cause it to collapse.
• Move your TV unit carefully. When moving your TV unit, be careful not to drag it across the floor. This can damage the legs of the unit or scratch the floor. Instead, lift the unit and carry it to its new location.

Delivery

• Our support and delivery staff will stay in touch with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
• The specific range of kilometers will determine the amount of the delivery charges.
• Handling charges are calculated based on the floor number of the delivery address.
• In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground floor of your unit. For delivery to the customer's floor in such circumstances, additional fees per floor are applicable (upon request).
• Weekend or time-specific deliveries are subject to additional fees.
